There are a variety of different rim types for different vehicles. There are steel rims and aluminum rims. The first value 5 indicates the number of stud patterns and the second value 114.3 is the diameter of the invisible circle formed by scribing a circle that passes through the centre point of each studs. The inset or outset value ET 45 of this Eta Beta rim is the distance in mm between the wheel centre line and the fixing face.
